* Improved letterspacing using either the microtype or soul packages. The
dependencies are optional -- if the packages aren't installed, you won't
get improved letterspacing for small-caps and all-caps.

* Fixed the sidenote marks (numbers). They'll now be set in-line with the
sidenote (instead of hanging or being set in their own box surrounded by
extraneous whitespace).

* Added 'sfsidenotes' option to the tufte-handout class. Using this option
will set sidenotes and captions in the sans serif font. The default is
to set the sidenotes and captions in the serif font.
* New requirement: the 'caption' package.

* Now using ``footmisc'' package to convert footnotes to sidenotes.
* The \cite{bibkey} command will place the full bibliography entry in a
sidenote next to the citation. Note that cannot currently use
\cite{Author01,Author02}, but must instead use
\cite{Author01}\cite{Author02}.
