(I was redefining thebibliography environment, so natbib's was being overwritten.
I've instead redefined the \bibsection command to remove the \@mkboth commands.
This fixes the original problem of having nasty running heads and allows natbib
to work better.)

* This works around a bug: if you use the [nohyper] doc class option and then
load hyperref later, hyperref will will redefine things during
\AtBeginDocument, but the redefintion would occur *after* TL stored the
original LaTeX defintions of \caption and \label, so TL would restore the
LaTeX defintions instead of the hyperref definitions.

Each option takes one of the following values: justified, raggedleft, raggedright, raggedouter, auto.
It will set the justification of each document element accordingly.
The ``marginals'' option sets all the marginal material to the same (specified) justification simulatneously.
