* Created a new tufte-book document class.
* Moved most of the tufte-handout code into a tufte-common.sty file.
* The tufte-handout.cls and tufte-book.cls files now include
  tufte-common.sty.
* No documentation for the new stuff yet -- read the code.
* The tufte-book class is very much unfinished -- I've only just started.
* Bugs abound!

* Added `symmetric' option which sets sidenotes in the outside margin of
  the page.
* Tries to use the Bera Mono font for \tt text, if available.
* Added a \printclassoptions command that prints a list of the class
  options and their current status (set or unset).

* The \cite{bibkey} command will place the full bibliography entry in a
  sidenote next to the citation.  Note that cannot currently use 
  \cite{Author01,Author02}, but must instead use 
  \cite{Author01}\cite{Author02}.
