size and leading of the headings.
* Added a function to trim spaces from the \cite keys list (so now \cite{key1,
key2, key3} works fine. (See issue 21.)
* Switched the \section and \subsection code to use titlesec.
* Added some more documentation to the sample-book file.

* Suppressed the initial indent of the marginfigure/margintable environments.
* Added a couple hyphenation points to sample-handout.tex to remove some overfull hboxes.

position tweaks and other vertical spacing tweaks you've applied may need to
be recalculated.

* sample-handout: fixed some post-\LaTeX spaces
* sample-handout: removed some debug cruft
* tufte-handout: abstract environment now pairs with quotation environment
* tufte-common: modified default font sizes to more closely align with
Tufte's books
* tufte-common: adjusted page margins to more closely align with Tufte's books
* tufte-common: added verse, quotation, and quote environments

* Multiple citations are now typeset in a single sidenote instead of multiple
sidenotes. This is how Tufte appears to handle them in his book and it will
save us a lot of vertical space in the sidenote column.

\sidenote[num][dimension]{Sidenote text.} where ``num'' is the sidenote
number and ``dimension'' is the amount of space to move the sidenote down the
page. (Negative values will move the sidenote up the page.)

* Created a new tufte-book document class.
* Moved most of the tufte-handout code into a tufte-common.sty file.
* The tufte-handout.cls and tufte-book.cls files now include
tufte-common.sty.
* No documentation for the new stuff yet -- read the code.
* The tufte-book class is very much unfinished -- I've only just started.
* Bugs abound!

pdfLaTeX and is semi-compatible with XeLaTeX. (XeLaTeX should eventually
use OTF typefaces that have their own letterspacing options embedded.)
* Removed savepos/zref calls in sample-handout.tex. I accidentally left
this in during one of my experiments. They cause compilation to fail
with XeLaTeX.

* Added `symmetric' option which sets sidenotes in the outside margin of
the page.
* Tries to use the Bera Mono font for \tt text, if available.
* Added a \printclassoptions command that prints a list of the class

* The \cite{bibkey} command will place the full bibliography entry in a
sidenote next to the citation. Note that cannot currently use
\cite{Author01,Author02}, but must instead use
\cite{Author01}\cite{Author02}.
