* Multiple citations are now typeset in a single sidenote instead of multiple
sidenotes. This is how Tufte appears to handle them in his book and it will
save us a lot of vertical space in the sidenote column.

* This fixes the LaTeX warning that was issued when \textbullet (among other
dingbats/special characters) were used with the Palatino font.

* Bug: Fixed a bug in the \maketitle command wherein it would globally reset
the \parindent and \parskip values.

\sidenote[num][dimension]{Sidenote text.} where ``num'' is the sidenote
number and ``dimension'' is the amount of space to move the sidenote down the
page. (Negative values will move the sidenote up the page.)

* Moved most of the tufte-handout code into a tufte-common.sty file.
* The tufte-handout.cls and tufte-book.cls files now include
tufte-common.sty.
* No documentation for the new stuff yet -- read the code.
* The tufte-book class is very much unfinished -- I've only just started.
* Bugs abound!
