Subject: [PATCH] * Initial fix for issue #10: \newthought space isn't so
 extreme and isn't   additive to \section post-space -- the space between
 \section and \newthought   is now set to a maximum value. * TODO: Set up grid
 spacing of all the headings and vertical spacing.
