Subject: [PATCH] * Added 'sfsidenotes' option to the tufte-handout class. 
 Using this option   will set sidenotes and captions in the sans serif font. 
 The default is   to set the sidenotes and captions in the serif font. * New
 requirement: the 'caption' package.
