Am looking at options where the first 3 levels do not require the player to leave the space ship. incase the paid plan is about getting your own planet.

On the fantasy side, based on your inputs yesterday Sid, i wanted to add the concept of dreams, your are able to fetch your dreams using a function, they may not mean anything but just some silly stuff that you can figure out.

I was also thinking of adding a pet into the mix in side the star ship.

the other thing that i am comfortable with is Time travel. Where a player can go back in time ( not forward)

The initial level has three challenges, all within the craft, did you mean you want the other two levels to be within the craft as well? And I should be able to incorporate dreams as the game progresses, when the player has technology like that contextually. I'll think about dreams and what i can do with that idea, maybe sleep hacking or something similar within the bioengineering branch. And time travel too.

so I recd feedback about fantasy being an essential part of the game play to keep kids interested. there are 4 ways i have thought of to incorporate dreams

a. Kids can write about their aspirations, the dreams are essentially real life reading material related to their aspirations conveyed to the players via experts ( us ) through dreams. Dreams in this case are also used logically ( which may be a bad thing) and gives kids cheats / short cuts / tips etc

b. The second way is to make dreams the complete opposite, funny random things that kids can be silly about, when integrating to other players, players dreams can be public and used as a context to have a conversation going.

c. Dreams can also be something that the player uses to connect with their pets on the space ship, it can be related to what food the pet wants to eat etc

Sid to confirm, but my idea of dreams is to keep it completely independent of the tech tree, something that doesnt have structure. We can incorporate some early warning systems in side the dream ( dream of an storm before it actually hits) etc.

when i asked a kid whats your dream, they often say its a dream to interact with kohli etc. I was thinking if the interaction between players and experts needs to be made random ( so that we dont get bottlenecked on experts time) dreams can be a good way for the expert to give tips, share some stories etc.

so if i lets say reached out to Rakesh Sharma, and he has to give 10 quotes on what he would advise kids, and these can be randomly shared with 10 kids as a surprise instead.

Sid to confirm, but i believe that the first 3 levels are free, and the paid version of the game starts with getting assigned your own galaxy / star system. In this case i am of the opinion ( and i can be very wrong :-) ) is that the first 3 levels provide a proxy of the main things that the person will need to get started on the planet but within the space ship

a. Communication systems (must have as u communicate with the rest of the systems / controls etc) b. health ( ur health suite / hydropnoics food nutriotion ) c. Choosing a planet / star system ( the act of choosing the planet needs to be incorporated in the level) - this incorporate navigation / info gathering / radar / probes etc

these 3 things will be used all the time in the planet. I am working in parallel on a techtree will share

First 3 free yes, and yes first 3 levels effectively form the most integral parts of the gameplay, establishing the base for the rest - comms etc (this needs to be arrived at) - don't think we are there yet

@jasfiq back in action post 630 pm, my current goal is to put out a milanote version of the tech tree for the first 3 levels, share it with @jasfiq . @sid i have shared with Jasfriq the info you shared with me on how to approach it like an App front end building task. Am going to spend the next 2 hours representing both the tech tree and sections of the front end to see if i can come up with the mapping that will be useful when presenting to the school

@jasfiq as discussed between 630pm to midnight today i want to get 5 iterations going. 1 per hour on avg. hopefully the milanote i would have prepared by then will help us narrow down

@rupam go ahead with milanote will help me see if we can integrate tech tree directly into wireframe canvas on the side, or we need a milanote like tool only ill migrate to wireframe if it will work, so you focus on milanote
